Provo Station, a new condominium development in South Provo, will bring growth and prosperity to the Provo community.
Jackson Howard, the owner of the Provo Station Condominiums, was born and raised in South Provo. As a current resident, he is invested in the future of his community. Howard’s project, a senior housing facility with two bedroom condos and a recreational area, is part of the city’s initiative to revitalize downtown Provo.
“Provo Station is an important redevelopment project to the city and to the immediate neighborhood,” said Bill Peperone, assistant director of Community Development. “We believe this will be a catalyst for redevelopment of the area.”
Other housing and mixed used redevelopment projects are currently being discussed for downtown Provo. As jobs and affordable housing bring more residents to Utah County, projects like Provo Station will continue to attract newcomers to the Provo community.
