Kisco Senior Living, a California based company with retirement communities throughout the United States, is opening a new location in Sandy, Utah.
Kisco currently owns Sagewood at Daybreak, a 201-unit retirement community in South Jordan. Cedarwood at Sandy, their newest location, is set on six acres with 122 independent and 61 assisted-living accommodations.
Kisco owns and operates 22 senior living facilities across the country. Andy Kohlberg, Kisco CEO and President, is confident that the new Sandy location will provide seniors in the Salt Lake City area with better housing options.
“By operating two communities in the area with varying living options, we will be able to offer seniors and their families a broad array of choices to find the ideal lifestyle that they are looking for,” Kohlberg explained in a recent statement.
